08 February 2023 - Dakhla Airport: Inauguration of a new terminal entirely dedicated to business and private aviation
On Thursday February 08, 2023, the Moroccan Airports Authority inaugurated a new terminal entirely dedicated to private aviation. An inauguration ceremony was held for this purpose, presided over by Mrs. Habiba LAKLALECH, General Manager of ONDA, and attended by representatives of the local authorities and several civilian and military personalities.
The new business and private aviation terminal at Dakhla airport covers an area of 424 m2 and has a capacity to handle 19 passengers simultaneously.
Built by "Jetex", a renowned international operator selected in response to an international call for tenders issued by ONDA, the new terminal boasts a modern architectural style, offering optimum conditions for welcoming VIP passengers in optimum comfort and safety.
Dakhla airport is now the third airport in Morocco to have a terminal entirely dedicated to business and private aviation, after Casablanca Mohammed V and Marrakech Menara airports.
